Australia has one of the most socially segregated education systems in the developed world. 

While we value choice and diversity, too many students remain separated by advantage and disadvantage. The result is fewer opportunities for young people and a less cohesive society.

This matters, and it matters now.

Every year we delay reform, educational inequality becomes more deeply entrenched.
